If you only want to enter your spirits for the award, then it suffices that you send one bottle per entry with at least 500ml.

If you want to enter the additional Consumer Award whereby our Jury does tasting and marketing of your spirits with over 9.400 visitors from the beverage industry we would need 4-5 bottles in total as this event runs for over 3 days. Here our Jury will present your products and explain while tasting them with the visitors. Thereafter the visitor has a vote he can cast.

The participation fee is as follows:

Submission of a spirit – EUR 90,00 net (if you register by 1 July, then EUR 100,00 EUR net)

Only distillates and spirits that comply 100% with the legal regulations and only liqueurs that comply with the codex and trade law regulations are allowed. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of compliance with the guidelines and can prove this on request.

The submitted samples remain with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to purchase products on the market and to compare them with the submitted samples.

The participation fee is due immediately and can be paid by bank transfer, credit card (+ 3.5%) or Paypal (+ 3.0%). All quoted prices do NOT include 19% VAT that you have to pay. A proper invoice will be sent by email.

The spirits must be sent between 02 September 2019 and 14 October 2019 to the following address:
